Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Develop and execute acquisition campaigns via Paid and Organic Channels
  • Improve Searchability through Continuous Content Optimisation and Distribution
  • Monitor customer segmentation, engagement, and loyalty metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze customer data and develop insights to inform strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are successful and OKRs are met
